Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return, purchases must be unworn, unwashed, or defective. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return items sold and fulfilled by myrameilleure@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping and handling). Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 7 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. You and only you are responsible for the shipping address you provide. We use an automated system that copies and pastes precisely what you list as your shipping address. With that, we cannot accept any responsibility for customers listing incorrect information. No refunds or replacements will be given. In this situation, I would advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incomplete item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive it) and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at myrameilleure@gmail.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing.
