Return and Exchange

Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return, purchases must be unworn, unwashed, or defective. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return items sold and fulfilled by MyraMeilleure within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A printable shipping label will be emailed once the refund is initiated.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we have received and examined the items for approval. We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. You and only you are responsible for the shipping address you provide. We use an automated system that copies and pastes precisely what you list as your shipping address. With that, we cannot accept any responsibility for customers listing incorrect information. No refunds or replacements will be given. In this situation, I would advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or incomplete item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive it) and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once items arrive.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted at the time of the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at myrameilleure@gmail.com 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing.
